I showed up at 9:57pm hungry and expecting food from a well-lit place that has a 10pm posted closing time. Instead I was met with "We're closed!" and the lights were turned off.

1. If you close at 10pm, 9:57 is still within your hours of operation.

2. If your lights and signs are still on you appear OPEN to those driving by.

3. Your lowest paid employees can cost you the most money.

4. You lost my business.
