Today my husband and I stopped by Hardee's in Amory, MS for lunch . I must say the service, food, and the cleanliness of the outside was very impressive. My food was HOT and FRESH I mean I felt the HEAT through the bag. Chris my cashier did an amazing job at the window serving my husband and I.

The worker was rude. I order sausage egg and cheese biscuit, bacon egg cheese biscuit, two biscuit and gravy, 2 sausage biscuits, and a French toast. All of the food was dried up. It was hard. I mean it would choked you. The rude worker slammed the window in my face. I am super disappointed in my food. She had a problem with me asking for jelly. I didn’t get any napkins in my bag. Overall 0/10 experience and do NOT recommend. Please do better Amory Hardee’s.
The staff are shorthanded and the manager doesn’t care if someone has a complaint. Sent me to corporate knowing she could have refunded me for the online order I DID NOT receive after waiting almost an hour to be told to come inside and get it. I wasn’t dressed to come inside that’s why I placed the order online.
