The register at the counter apparently didn't work so the cashier had to run back and forth to the drive-thru register. The other worker had to put ice in my cup and the cups of the other two people I was there with and there wasn't enough ice to go around. Got my food in a to go bag even though I dined in. No ketchup in my bag. Got drink out of fountain machine, all of the drinks were flat. Oh and no napkins in bag at all. But, food was good, staff was friendly, and atmosphere...read full review

As soon as I saw the chicken on our tray I was disappointed. I didn’t even look appetizing. I ate a couple of the tenders because I spent the money on it but I definitely wouldn’t eat at this KFC again.

Any time we go, they never have any chicken ready, is this not a chicken place? As we waited for our food my son went up and ordered 5 nuggets, they charged him $14.00 , when I found this out I went up and asked why 5 nuggets was so much and they said he didn't order nuggets, he ordered chicken tenders, but was given nuggets ? nothing else no drink no fries just the nuggets. The lady said she would get the manager to reimburse me but we never seen him/her. So ..... I will not...read full review
