When you follow the directions on the App and order, it says it will be ready between 6:46-6:52. Pull to intercom, tell them I’m there to get the pizza which went into “the oven” at 6:33! At 7:08 I’m still at pick up window?!!!!! I could have gone to Kroger bought the pizza, preheated the oven, and cooked it in 35 minutes myself! I use the app so there is no miscommunication and it will be ready when I get there!
