We have so many delicious fresh bakeries in our area. Sugar Pop, Susan Sassy Sweets, Southern Girl Cookies, Harvest Bay Bakery and Dragonfly - just to name a few. But the pastries taste and feel like they are from the day old bakery. If you get a breakfast sandwich, it is over microwaved to the point that it is fried in the middle. I think we can do better than this.
Wait time about 10 minutes. Only car in line. After waiting and not being able to get anyone’s attention, even though I could see them carrying items in hallway, I backed up to speaker and asked about my order. When asked what took so long, I was told helping clean up a grease spill.
Staff definitely needs training on customer service!
