“I had trouble placing my order online so I went ahead and went in and was worried because I had several items to order. But the young lady working handled it wonderfully. She was efficient and fast, and made sure to give me awesome service even tho I forgot a few items and she had to back track to fix my order. I wish I would’ve caught her name to give her the recognition she deserves but she was awesome. Our sandwiches tasted good, the store was super clean, and of course like I said the service was amazing.“
“I have eaten here several times late at night on my way home. They have always been kind and happy to make my footlongs. Their bread is soft and everything you want on your subs are fresh cut and prepared. No wilted or soggy lettue here which i have found eating late at night at other places ?“
“I'm not sure what is going on with this Biloxi Walmart Subway location, but I think every other subway needs to take note. I ordered several subs on the app, one of them being the Subway club. Right after I ordered, I received a phone call from the restaurant letting me know that one of the meats (ham) was not available. She gave me several options, one option was to add more turkey and roast beef to the sandwich, which is the one I chose. She was so friendly and professional and engaging. I was thankful for the call and told her as much. To add to that, when we picked up our order and brought it home, we found a handwritten-note apologizing for the inconvenience on a complementary 12-inch chocolate chip cookie. I do not remember the last time I had such professional and friendly service. And all the sandwiches were excellent...well made and delicious. She went above and beyond, and the service was impeccable.“
“All the ladies are super nice and efficient! In & out service but keep customers happy! I’ve been to this subway I think all different shifts, these ladies will have you laughing, I’ve seen them handle picky people with nothing but kindness even though if it were me I wouldn’t of lol I’ve seen the reviews and honestly think even though it’s their “job” they still just human and have a breaking points when it comes to people just in general like anyone of us! Honestly if these ladies can’t make your sandwich to your “ liking “ just don’t eat out or better yet cook at home! I love every time I eat here!“
“The ladies that run the show here are fabulous! Unfortunately, this Subway [still] does not carry a vegan \"protein\" option. The loaded veggie sandwich with avocado is still delicious, although you have to pay extra for the avocado... even though you're not getting cheese ???\u200d♀️“
“Now that the store has "the cream of the crop" when it comes to employees and got rid of all the " bad eggs". Service here has been great and the manager is really sweet and nice to talk to. They do what they can with what they have available.Kid-friendliness: They are kind and treat you with respect.“
“Not sure why the address that came up was the Biloxi facility, but it should be 2180 Pass Road, Gulfport. This facility on Pass Road in Gulfport Mississippi is a wonderful place to go. The workers have been there for a while so they recognize you when you come in and they remember how you like your food. They know I don't like my food in the microwave so they always put it in the oven. That's the kind of service I appreciate.“
