The sign at the building they're in now doesn't have the typical "Bishop's BBQ", it simply said Bishop's. Branding is very important, especially with multiple locations. But regardless, they're still the same Bishop's BBQ. Got the pulled pork plate today and it was great! Restaurant was clean, employees very friendly.“
