I gave this place a 2 because no one could explain to us why they were charging a 40-cent fee for using your card. The fee wasn't the issue. The problem is that they have on their window that they charge a fee for using your card if the price doesn't meet their standard. They didn't know what the amount was for them not to charge your card the fee. So, they are just adding a 40-cent fee to your receipt. This is a great place and food is always hot. They are short handed but are handling it great and they are still moving the lines fast. Great service!Wheelchair accessibility: Right at front of the entrance.

The food was cold, like just taken out of a refrigerator. Three hotdogs were all cold, even chili sauce. Could at least heated up in the microwave. DO not recommend this Krystal burger for food. The service was great. All staff was friendly.
