“Three 2nd time in as many days the men's room don't have soap. I told the employees yesterday and they did bring out the hand sanitizer for us. No excuse for no soap the second day Ina roll.“

““Every-time”. The only eating place that I have never had any complaints at every time I visit this location since I’ve been in Byram honestly. Everytime I visit this location, I am always greeted with smiles and/or great attitudes, food is made correctly the first time, and is to my satisfaction… Every-time…. Thanks guys“

“This is not a new Krystal, and I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly here over the years when it comes to quality and customer service (hence under 5 stars for an overall review). That said,

My most recent trip was wonderful. I met my parents for a quick lunch. Even though the employees were busy working a steady drive-thru, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them took the time to help us or acknowledge us in some way. After our orders were taken, an employee brought our food to us at the table (even the desserts we ordered separately). Those burgers were absolutely slapped together, but they were delicious, and even my special order came out correctly.

The place was reasonably clean.

Based on this experience, I'll definitely give it another try.“

“This was my first time trying Cook Out. I ordered a try with a double burger, chicken quesadilla, and a walking taco. The burger tasted like it was grilled, which I really liked. The walking taco was great, and the chicken quesadilla was over rated. I also got a cheerwine, it was lacking flavor. On the way out I got a peach cobbler milkshake. I had to let it melt before drinking it because it was so thick. The staffing was super friendly and the place was really clean.“

“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. “My sister and I stopped by Steak ‘n Shake today for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was incredibly clean, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the service was great. “I dont know who is back there making the ice cream blast, but they are doing their thing!! My only complaint is that it was a bit too many cookie dough pieces to the point where I had more pieces than ice cream lol but its ok! It was well mixed and they did not hold back, so I really appreciate that!“

“As I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and secure. The team was fabulous as the greetings poured in to me, thanking me for the patronage. I've never been to this establishment it was my first visit, food what great and I've definitely found me a new spot to eat. That staff was professional and amusing. Extremely great experience as opposed to a lot of the other fast food spots I visit.“

“My son and I tried this place out tonight after riding around downtown, and we were PLEASED! The food was cooked fresh to order. The prices are AMAZING, and the young man behind the counter even agreed to take a picture with me! Lol.

It doesn't look like much parking up front, but there is additional parking in the back. The young man did suggest calling in to order your food so that your wait time is shortened, but our wait time still wasn't bad. We will be back!“

“I ordered ahead online for a 20 piece buffalo wings with bleu cheese dipping sauce.
I jumped in the drive thru, and was asked to come to the walk up. I only had maybe a five min wait time for my food. The staff was nice and the building was clean. The food was delicious.“

“Plenty on their menu to select from. My togo order was for wings and tacos. The street tacos (3 steak 2 chicken) were delicious, the bone in wings not so much. The lemon pepper wings looked and tasted freezer burnt that may not be normal for them so I will try again. Overall a fair 4 rating for Angry Rooster“

“Haven't been to a Rally's / Checkers (same restaurant) in ages. While on a road trip to Alabama we saw the sign on the interstate and had to stop. It was just as good as we remembered from Checkers/Rally's years ago in Florida. The original Burger is still the best. Thanks for a great memorable stop for lunch“
