“I honestly want to give this a 4.5 but can’t. The person taking my order, Alyssa, was extremely kind and well spoken. My order was custom and still came out correctly. It’s not the best burger I’ve ever eaten but it’s actually up there. Was a really good burger. Only complaint I really have is most of the tables had crumbs and stuff on them. I still would suggest people come here. I’ll come back for sure when I’m craving a burger.“

“B3 catered our son's wedding rehearsal dinner this month and it was a huge success thanks to Jae & Chef Nick! The food was incredible--pulled pork and chicken with all the fixins' and sides plus an incredible charcuterie style appetizer table and fabulous dessert table with their famous bread pudding bites and lemon bars! The presentation was beautiful and Jae & Chef Nick were kind, efficient, professional, and so very easy to work with through the entire planning process and execution of the event. They truly made it stress free for me since we were from out of state. They made the event memorable and all the guests were above complimentary! “Great experience- the food is always pretty good there. Very rarely do they get it wrong. The service is always great! Chef's kiss to our server Gloria. I tried the O-M-Gosh cheeseburger. Great concept. I enjoyed it. However, the fries were not so good. If you've ever tried to reheat fries in a microwave, that's how they were. Not fresh - kind of cardboard feel. I think it's because the fries are cooking twice. Once originally and a second time on the hot skillet with the cheese. Next time I will request my fries on a separate plate.“

“I visited this location (11/20) during rush/lunch hour. I want to give a kudos to the team. Despite it being very busy, they maintained warm attitudes, communicated with one another, and my food was hot! The young lady on the register was new (I assume) but she greeted people as they walked in despite feeling nervous. There was someone I observed being difficult with them and very picky about certain things and yet the remained very professional and tried to accommodate her as best they could. Keep up the great work!“

“Okay, so I am not a fast food guy generally speaking, but this Wendy's is awesome. Even with long lines, the wait time is quick and the food (yes, even the fries) are good and hot. I heard that they have some sort of inmate reintegration work program with the local jail...maybe someone can confirm that...but whatever it is they are doing, 5 stars all the way around. Plus Wendy's just has the best fast food menu in general. I especially appreciate the baked potato and various salad options when a burger/sandwich is just not what I want.“

“I had a great experience tonight at this location, thanks to the Manager on Duty! I forgot to order a frosty, and had to come inside to do so, after going through the drive through. She quickly stopped what she was doing to fix my treat and gave me a little something extra-I think she could tell I was going through it!! Upon returning home, there was an accident and a tea was spilled so I ran back to Wendy’s to grab another. The manager again quickly stopped what she was doing to get me a new tea (which I absolutely expected to purchase) free of charge. Sometimes you don’t know just how kind you’re being when someone’s having a stressful day, and this manager was a ray of sunshine in a hectic day!!!“

“This a locally owned and operated Wendy’s. This was a grand reopening and they remodeled the entire restaurant. It was great! I had Wendy’s breakfast for the first time ever. I loved it! It’s probably one of my favorites now. Keep up the great work!“

“Random hidden gem along the highway. This is the cleanest sonic I have seen. The burger was on point not greasy or swimming in sauce. The cheddar peppers were hot and came with two sauces. The drink wasbt filled with ice and the flavoring was give generously. The women working at this location deserve raises. This place nailed it on a random stop.“

“The food was amazing and came out quick and the atmosphere was amazing. When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and respect! The manager was accommodating for our dietary restrictions, the cashier was kind and patient with us, and while we were eating a wonder lady was cleaning the lobby and had a friendly chat with us.“

“Madison McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I have never had lightning service when mobile ordering until I went here and what's even more shocking is that the person who brought my order to the car acted like life was worth living. Way better service than Carthage and Philadelphia McDonald's combined! I wish the manager could manage those two McDonald's and give me hope that customer service is still alive.“
