Check your bag before your leave! I went all the way home and got charged for cheese on my burgers and no cheese were on them. I didn't have all my sauces either for my chicken bites. When I asked for my other sauce, the girl in the drive thru window had a whole attitude. Very poor customer service if you ask me!
I want to give a huge way to go to the the new Rally's in Byram Mississippi I love every bit of it my double deep fish sandwich was fresh my bread was fresh my Riley's Burger was fresh my fries was fresh the service was out in I choose sometimes not to eat fast food but it was worth my time I will be going back I really enjoyed it and I never really had that say about any restaurant as far as fast food the management is wonderful the staff was wonderful I really am impressed with...read full review

I had received the wrong amount of food, a young man who is employed here chased me all the way to the Pizza Hut exit. He handed me the correct food, all I can say is not many employees would do that, he deserves to climb the ladder in this company. I wish I knew his name I would surely list it.
