“Five stars for the taste of the hot chicken cooked right at 11am, which is the best time to divulge in eateries in the area. But, somebody needs to tell me why the doggone floor is like walking on an ice rink. Looks like the cooks work real hard behind the counter, but restaurant could use more cleaning in the dining area. I've never had a long wait for chicken while ordering from the inside, and I've yet to use the drive thru.“

The young lady that waited on me at the counter was very friendly, courteous and fast. While I was waiting for my order a young man doing some type paperwork asked me if I had been waited on yet. In the past I have had really bad experiences in your restaurant but yesterday I was greatly impressed. Undoubtedly your restaurant is under new management. Great job and I appreciate your courtesy and your service. Please keep up the great work. The lady who waited on me yesterday afternoon has a great personality and is definitely very good with the public.“
“I took a chance in dining because of bad experiences i had at a couple of locations in Memphis,, TN. I was at the Cleveland, MS location and I was pretty much impressed. I ordered 4-piece chicken fingers plate. The food was freshly cooked, customer service was pleasant and the dining area was neat and clean. With that being said, I will be patronizing this location again when I come back to Cleveland, MS.“
