“What mad me order a pork chop at an Italian restaurant??? Dunno, but so glad that I did! When I tell you that this was the best pork chop I ever had!!!! Not salty... but seasoned to the bone. So very delicious. Topped with a generous portion of mushrooms, a touch of mozzarella, and au jus, this dish was a tender miracle. The green beans... meh, but the side Caesar left me wanting more. The service was great and the restaurant's homey vibe was a nice surprise in this tiny town!“
“Stopped here on my travel to louisiana and food was great and customer service was fantastic consuelo waited on me and brought food to my table she was very pleasant also KJ was very pleasant while cleaning dining area he stopped several times to see if i needed anything else ,dining atea very clean ,thanks to the captain d's crew for being there“

“This was my first time eating here, & believe me the food was delicious! ? I had lunch with my sister & her co-worker who eat there regularly. I had the steak, & eggs $25.00. I've never ate a steak that tender before. One of the item was called the comeback shrimp $12.00. Our server Presley was very friendly, nice, & pleasant. It was a great atmosphere. “Ordered catfish plate, hush puppies, Fried Green Tomatoes, fried okra. Never had a issue with them before so picked up my plate brought it home sat down to eat, and there isn't any okra. And when you're paying $28, $30 for one plate of food, you tend to expect that all your sides will be there as ordered.“
“The dive spot has THE best steaks we've ever eaten! John, the owner, cooks them like no one can! The bar upstairs is smoking but the servers and waitstaff make the airplane themed spot a great place to grab a drink after work and have a fantastic meal! Highly recommend!“
“Steak was good. I don’t think it’s worth close to 50$. I question the value. It had a good charcoal flavor, but the consistency of the filet was off. Outside was done and the inside was medium. Inside was too chewy and the outside had an ok crisp. I order my steak medium-well, and got more pink than I prefer. The steak and asparagus had a great charcoal flavor although I didn’t care for the toast. The toast could be improved. Service was great. The bread pudding felt like it was a great value purchase. 5$ for good bread pudding. I did feel like the sweetness was overloaded on the top. It would be interesting to have a bit of sweetness all the way through while maintaining the pudding type consistency. The HVAC unit dripped, so the floor was a little wet near my feet. It didn’t touch me, but I do feel like it was something I frowned upon.“

“This local restaurant recently changed management & started serving lunch. Yesterday my husband & I went for lunch for the first time. Our waitress was great & food was prompt & delicious. Best of all was the atmosphere- it was so nice that my stress level went down two notches over lunch. I can’t wait to try more items off their menu!“
