“Coming through Greenville, MS be sure and dine at Sherman's. This place is absolutely amazing!! We had fried green beans as an appetizer with chipotle dipping sauce. They were delicious!! I knew then we had stopped at the right place!! My entree was vermicelli with meatballs. My husband had chicken Parmesan. Both were absolutely delicious!! Very generous servings!! Each came with a delicious, crisp salad. We had their Italian dressing and it was so tasty!! They were extremely busy tonight with Christmas so soon. Abbie our waitress was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive! The music playing in the background was soft and made my birthday dinner special! Sherman's thank you for such a special birthday dinner!! I want to also add they had a great menu!! Everyone in your party will find a delicious meal!! Sherman's we will be back!!“
“By far the best plate lunch in Greenville. Everything is Just. Plain. Good. This is the first restaurant I would consider myself a "regular" at. I have tried almost everything on the menu as well as the Plate lunches and have had nothing but satisfaction.“

“We stopped in upon arrival to the Delta area. My momma and step dad love this place. Every time they visit Leland they come here specifically for the catfish. So we decided to try this place. The owners are absolutely sweethearts. We were able to order the 2 piece lunch special for dinner. We walked in on a Friday night and only had one customer ahead of us. I did notice a lot of people calling in their order for pickup. There is only 2 picnic tables outside and no restroom for public use. Okay back to the food. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our order. I had catfish with hush puppies, corn nuggets and coleslaw. It was delicious. Husband had the same but instead of corn nuggets he had fries. Everything was fresh hot and seasoned. We decided to try the "sweet juice". Baby! It's sweet. It's good but sweet. Decided to save it and dilute it with some water to make a pitcher of juice. Lol it's that sweet. The only reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars is because of the size of the catfish. My mom said they used to be bigger and we thought they could've been bigger. I understand the cost of food has increased but for $17.99 per person, the fish could have been bigger or another fillet. Would we eat here again? Absolutely. Would I try something different? Absolutely. I would say come in and give it a try. Next time I want to try the fried okra.“
