“I have been eating here since the late 1990's. The buffet was good and I miss it. The portions are large and the food is cooked to order. Even with the new management, the food is consistently excellent, They thoroughly cook everything and the sauces are not too salty. The staff are always friendly, like family. Recently retired, now there is time to drive anywhere to eat, but I always prefer what 5 Happiness offers.“

“Stopped by for brunch, whilst on vacay from Scotland. Super cool brunch spot, did the veggie scramble bowl and the food was super delish 😋 I’m on mounjaro, so was looking for brunch that’s not super unhealthy fast foods 😂 Mockinbird hit the spot, filled a nice gap and wasn’t heavy on my tummy 🥑🍳🥗 Highly recommend the Iced Chai Lattes, especially on a hot September day! 🧋🤪🤙 Thanks so much & I’ll definitely stop by again 💛“

“In the area for a birthday party this afternoon and Dempsey’s was recommended as a good place to eat. Our first time there and they did not disappoint! “Giving this place 4 stars because I called ahead to see if we needed reservations for 2 people and the guy who answered kept scoffing at me instead of giving me a simple answer as to whether we needed a reservation and if so how late he would take one. The food and our server’s were both great- but that guy should definitely not be allowed to answer the phone. If I did at the fine dining restaurant I work at in New Orleans I wouldn’t have my job. He’s probably the chef…
The food was absolutely wonderful- but don’t call ahead for a reservation- even when they say they accept walk- ins, it’s not necessary- and then you walk in and they ask what your reservation is under and you didn’t make one…and they seem irritated 😂“

“Fantastic. Energy and atmosphere is awesome. Service is outstanding and everything we ordered was spot on and “lights out”. A do not miss when in the Bay. Blue cheese meatballs were very tasty. Gris Gris oysters were spectacular. Crab swimmers were great and we got tuna special of the day, which didn’t disappoint. If I lived in the Gulf Coast, Fields would Be my “go to”.“

“Staff was friendly and attentive . The third floor turned in to a rowdy party that shook the entire building but it was a decent scene . Food seemed a little over cooked and not fully considered . Wings were dry and hard and fried ribs were more of a novelty than actualy considered a meal“
