“I ordered a cake, and received a call that the cake decorator was not in to make the design. Bailey offered to do the decoration, or I would have to pick the cake up at a later date. I told her to go for it, and I am so pleasantly surprised, she did such a good job!!! 5 stars for the decoration, but also for her willingness to improvise and make it work for a customer. Will definitely be back!“

“Lacey’s Cakes absolutely exceeded my expectations! The birthday cake for my twins was nothing short of exceptional—a true masterpiece in appearance and absolutely delicious. The flavor was second to none! But what truly set Lacey apart was her outstanding customer service. I made a mistake and entered the wrong date for the cake pickup. When I reached out the day before the party just to confirm the order, I realized (to my horror) that I had scheduled it for the following week. Despite the short notice, Lacey went above and beyond—she put other plans on hold to accommodate my urgent request. I was beyond grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help me fix a mistake that could’ve ruined our celebration. Thanks so much, Lacey’s Cakes! I highly recommend them to everyone looking for quality, care, and creativity all in one bakery. You won’t be disappointed!“

“I have been going here since I was a child, for over forty years, I still get the same thing, cinnamon twist, chocolate covered, and glazed donut holes, Or donuts if they are out of the donuts holes Occasionally, I will get some cookies or bread, has the same great taste from years ago, and they still have the gum machine by the door, it is 1 of my favorite places to get my treat when I am in the area.“

“I absolutely love this place! I am always impressed by the quick service of the workers, especially when it’s so busy in the mall. I stop by every so often and have been met with great tasting food every time! The staff even offers to custom bake items for you at request if you don’t want butter or have any other preference“
