Did not get straws for 4 drinks or the ice cream for the kids meals…. The service has gone down hill. The fries are COLD too.
Chic Fil A has taken a major dive lately. Today will be the third tme ive been dissapointed. Employees are rude, no longer offer condiments, ask for condiments and dont get them. the quality of the chicken is not good, it tastes fatty and looks like dark meat. Sad day Chic Fil A used to be my favorite. 😕
