Amazing service and the food was awesome
Decent food, slow service. Large, dangerous potholes with no cones or signs, management didn't seem too worried about patrons possibly getting injured by the parking lot. After bringing it to their attention a small orange cone was placed in one of the two
El Sombrero offers decent food with standout salsa and cheese dip, as well as seasoned well, flavorful rice and beans. The service can be good, with friendly and attentive waiters. However, there have been concerns about slow service and a dangerous parking lot with large potholes. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere and have been returning for years. Some have noted that occasional problems, such as stale chips, do not significantly detract from the dining experience.
