I ordered two shrimp & okra gumbos through Uber Eats. The first order arrived spilled in the bag. I was refunded (minus fees & tip), so I reordered and added a note asking for lids to be secured.
The second order was worse. The gumbo spilled again, and I discovered why — the plastic container lid had melted from the heat and weight of the food, breaking apart into the gumbo.
