Krystal is a restaurant with a mixed reputation. While the manager and a gentleman chef have been praised for their friendly service, there have been instances of poor treatment and unsatisfactory food quality. A customer had a bad experience with a salad that was rotten, leading to a long wait and rudeness from the staff. On a positive note, another customer had a great experience with efficient service and a kind manager, who even offered dessert to make up for a wait. Overall, Krystal seems to have inconsistent service and food quality.
