The place is perfect. Everything is immaculately clean. The owners are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is classy. It is just off the beach. This is one of the best B&B style places we have found on the coast. Would not change a thing. We loved it.
Wednesday night karaoke is something special. I would bring the kids. The gumbo on Wednesday night is some of the best. The live music with Charles Carter is a must-see experience .
The Almanett was my first stop on a solo road trip and I felt so pleasantly welcomed at this beautiful hotel. It is more like a huge home with lovely art and bright well-lit rooms. The decor is calming and comfortable while also absolutely crisp and spotless. I was greeted and shown my room, how to get there and navigate the various public spaces including an outdoor deck and a comfortable common room.
