Oasis Resort Reviews
We visit every summer, and it has become a staple tradition for our family! The kids absolutely love it here, and the overall experience keeps us coming back year after year.
That said, there is definitely room for improvement in a few areas:
Check-In: The check-in process could be significantly smoother and more efficient, especially during peak summer arrival times.
Oasis Grill: The service at Oasis Grill leaves a bit to be desired—it can be...read full review
The room was large and very clean. It smelled amazing. I feel like it could’ve been a little bit cooler though. But thankfully, I brought a fan. The pool was very clean and there were so many activities for the kids to do. Phil the bartender at the pool was amazing. And he was patient and helped me decide on my drink order when I was having difficulty. The drinks are reasonably priced and the hotel was very clean. I’m so glad that I chose the oasis because it is a...read full review

Oasis Resort offers an amazing breakfast with generous portions at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean and spacious, with mini fridges and in-room safes. The property features a restaurant and wine bar, along with beautiful grounds perfect for walking. Guests can enjoy stunning beach views and easy access to the beach just across the street. The waterpark is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels, a pool, lazy river, large slides, and a splash area for younger kids. However, limited seating, lack of sun umbrellas, and only one restroom outside the waterpark are notable drawbacks. The waterpark has enough space to add more tables, chairs, and sun coverage, which would improve the experience. The staff is friendly but service can be slow; some visitors experienced long waits for food and towels, and issues with room amenities like TV and Wi-Fi during storms. Dining options such as the Oasis Bar and Grill offer good food for adults, but children's meals, like pizza, may not meet expectations. Breakfast service can be slow, and some meals, like avocado toast and pancakes, have received negative comments for quality. The arcade at Hippy Fish is a highlight, offering a great selection of games in a clean environment. The hotel rooms are generally clean but have some design flaws, such as no bedside tables, awkward bathroom light switches, and excessive moisture due to lack of a vent or fan. Overall, while the waterpark and arcade provide fun experiences, dining and service issues, along with room inconveniences, leave mixed impressions. Visitors appreciate the location, grounds, and friendly staff, but recommend avoiding food and beverage options if quick service and quality are priorities. The resort has the potential to be a five-star destination with improvements.
