“My husband and I had the best experience last night at Salute. JENNA is the best! I repeat, JENNA IS THE BEST! The food was amazing and the service was even better, if that’s possible. Jenna went above and beyond to make our evening as perfect as possible. She was very knowledgeable of the menu, friendly and left us with the feeling that she was glad to be there and was committed to the experience. “We visit every summer, and it has become a staple tradition for our family! The kids absolutely love it here, and the overall experience keeps us coming back year after year.
That said, there is definitely room for improvement in a few areas:
Check-In: The check-in process could be significantly smoother and more efficient, especially during peak summer arrival times.
Oasis Grill: The service at Oasis Grill leaves a bit to be desired—it can be slow and inconsistent, so a little extra staffing or streamlined service would go a long way. The food is convenient though.
Despite those hiccups, the quality time we spend together as a family makes it all worth it. We'll definitely be back again next season!“
