Order was wrong, everyone in the back looked lost, everyone blaming others for the mess ups, a lot of people waiting cause their order was wrong. The worst experience I have had here. I mean everyone looked like it was their first day just throw in with no training including the manager on duty. And she was rude rolling her eyes at customers that were saying orders were wrong.

This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. You have 20 people working here and half are just standing around with a Joe Biden look of confusion. EVERYONE in the lobby has the most disgruntled look on their face. The manage looks more belligerent and lazier than the staff. This place needs to be purged of personnel.

I got excited when I first walked in. Saw the most people working at a fast food establishment then I have since before covid. Placed my order at 5:01 and at exactly 5:14 they bring me my order and inform me that they don't have any pies cooked and it will take 11 mins if I want one. You mean I waited 13 minutes for them to tell me that had they been doing their job I would have my entire order. I respect giving kids jobs but you have to keep them off thier phones. Saw 4 kids in the 20 mins I was there just scrolling away. Yes, 20 mins. Cause it took an additional 7 mins to get a manager to issue a refund. But at least I saw him working hard. He just needs to tighten his crew up
Waited almost an hour for our food! No lids for the cups AND they forgot about my meal ! Very terrible!

Waited over 30 mins Friday night 5 Apr ‘24 for mobile order had put in. Lobby was full drive thru was backed up. No explanation just left customers hanging. Never got my order had to get back on road to make my destination. Food prices are crazy enough as it is and I’m not made of money, but had to leave hungry and chalk it up to a loss.
