They are incredibly slow—inexperienced young people with no empathy—though you can see them having fun back in the kitchen. As of September 14, 2026, things are the same or much worse; it’s almost as if there’s a challenge to see who can be the most indifferent and unpleasant—zombies at work. They prioritize the drive-thru heavily, leaving no one at the registers.

I was in the Drive-Thru and the teller was quite friendly and knowledgeable but my food wasn't as hot as I wish it was.
Very poorly run. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Serving customers out of order. Not the worst I’ve seen but dirty. Half of the staff seems to be hanging out and not working 🤷🏽♂
