MY parents have been wanting to go eat here, so I ran in one day and grabbed a to-go menu..As my mom was looking at it, she was reading out loud some of the foods that they have..**I personally have not eaten anything from here**But I want to post on what I do know..The reviews are not that good, and it seems a little bit pricey..

This was probably the worst buffet we've ever had. The taste was not great.. And the price was ridiculous. Also not a great selection on different types of seafood (buffet was small) maybe I am just used to my favorite in Florence Ms. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Very very disappointed in the quality of the food. Yes they have the buffet up and running but definitely not worth it. One of us had buffet,2 of us ordered off the menu.Will not go back. The two stars go to the servers and the help. They were very friendly and attentive.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. For 3 people and drinks, it was $64 + tip. Lady didn't give my obvious senior parents a senior discount until we said something. By then the card had been run.We saw our waiter twice in the 45 minutes. Real nice but didn't ask for refill or take plates until promoted.Food was bland or overly salted. You could see the salt granules on some of the meat and it couldn't be eaten. Catfish looked like the kind you buy frozen then fry yourself. Had a lot of white spots where the oil didn't fry or the freezer burnt set in. Didn't have a good flavor. The ribs and chicken were the only good part of the meats. Sides were so, so bland. Only the dressing seemed like they had done anything to it.Parents said the bread pudding was good. I had strawberry cake and ice cream. All were good. Sweet tea was too sweet but unsweet was fine. They mixed the two and were okay.Won't come back. Definitely not worth what they're charging. There's a lot of buffets in Hattiesburg; it's a wonder this one even had business.

Didn’t call ahead all I wanted was gumbo, paid for a bowl, waited 30 minutes for a not generous cup which I had to microwave after a very short ride home. Still hungry after that half cup

Order two catfish plates with baked potato and salad. Also asked for butter, sour cream, cocktail sauce, lemon, ranch and 1000 Island dressing. Get home no salads, no cocktail sauce, lemons looked they had been out for a couple days alittle brown, and missing one catfish plate. Could not eat the salads because they looked like it had been frozen and thawed out. This is the second time my order has been messed up and food not up to what it use to be. Last time to spend money there and they are only 5 minutes from my home. So sad…

I ordered carry outs two times in the last two months and both times, the food was not fit to eat. The first time I ordered a large oyster platter fried hard with a salad and fries. The fries were ice cold and the oysters looked like they were not even cooked to the regular hardness. I also order a shrimp platter and fish platter. NONE of as good! I called and told them about it and they said they would comp my next oyster platter. I called two night ago, she said she didn’t see anything with my name on it yo be comp’d so I ordered again thinking I would get a discount as she said she would do since she couldn’t find anything about the comp. So, again 50 something bucks down the drain! Same nasty oysters, no salsa, Mac and cheese and turnips were HORRIBLE! Fried felt like they were pulled out the freezer and served.Oh yeah, got a 4.00 discount ? I will never go back yo this place again and it’s only 4 minutes from my house!

I don’t eat seafood but I have friends and family who do so I go for the salad. They should have a sign that says if you want salad, stay away. First off, it’s small. It cost $10 but it’s not meant to be a meal at all. Cereal bowl size. Everything on it was good including the Paul Newman salad dressing except that bacon they put to one side looked so unappetizing I steered clear of it. Thank goodness it was not all over the salad. For a restaurant this size I really expected better.
