First and foremost, Katie is as friendly, generous, and as kind as she seems on camera. She is very humble and down to earth. My wife and I come as often as we can, but our schedules don't allow us. She treats not just us, but every customer new or recurring so well like a family. I've run into several instances where either Katie or her employees have gone out of their way to keep us coming back.Anyway, about Birdhouse itself.
