McDonald's in Hattiesburg

“A rare visit to a McDonalds where they hit on all cylinders. Efficient drive thru, quick food preparation, food cooked properly, and nothing was omitted. Kudos to you McDonalds we happened to stop at on our drive home. If you were in my town I'd visit you often.“

“This review really isn't about the food. It's typical McDonald's food. It's about the service. I have a back injury and I'm in severe pain while on the way to a pain management consultation. The employee who gave me my order inside offered to carry it for me since I'm using crutches. The McDonald's delivery truck driver got the door for me. Good customer service this morning. Thank you.“

“I have to give credit where credit is due. I stopped in for a quick snack and was waiting there for about 10 minutes on my order. I saw when I pulled in that they were busy so I wanted to give a little Grace. I watched them fulfilled ticket after ticket with speed and efficiency that I admired, but I looked at my ticket, continued to stay there as other tickets came and went. It seemed like mine had fallen through the cracks. When I brought it to the management attention they apologized and push their team to get my order out quickly, as well as added a little something extra for the inconvenience. Despite the little extra weight, I have to say this has been my best experiencing at McDonald’s and I admired how they recognized their mistakes and made up for it. No one is perfect, but this team showed that they are willing to give the service to make up for it.“

“OK, back a few years ago, this was known as the "dump"-however, I was pleasantly surprised to the max the last two visits there. A totally different and NICER crew was there, the place was cleaner, the crew got my order just right and speedily, mind you in peak hours---"Elvis time"-between 11:45 and 1, when local businesses' lunch breaks fill the place up. Keep up the good work, Y'all!!!\n“

“The food is been nice & hot the last few times that I been, so they getting much better with that but the kids are still too unprofessional with the foul language in front of customers and socializing in the lobby while customers wait for food or orders to be taken and some of those I seen waiting were first responders who do not get much time to eat so they do not have the luxury of waiting on people to play around while they wait for their food they want a chance to eat hot. The managers are nice people though and the employees are decent people they just need stricter guidance and tough love which is OK at a work place especially for younger employees who tend to be immature“
