it's McDonald's so lol 😆 something always won't go right I go there for my granddaughter and sometimes to get a large sweet tea or senior coffee I don't like McDonald's food
Google says WARDS. But this is for McDonald's on Broadway Dr. In Hattiesburg, MS.
Always hot fresh food each time I come to this location. Quick service. Polite workers. Best McDonald's in the area. Do not go to Hardy St!

Service level depends on time u go. & What crew is working. Generally has been a poor experience. Rude, forget something Every time I've gone! Hard burger bun & hard, cold fries. & Sucks cause usually go when I'm Really craving something & can't stomach much of what I receive. Very disappointed ☹

McDonald's on Broadway is known for its cleanliness and well-maintained environment, making it a pleasant spot for customers. The staff is often noted for being friendly and efficient, ensuring orders are taken and prepared quickly. While there are reports of the frappe machine having issues and some customers finding the service could be faster, many appreciate the food quality, which is generally regarded as good. The evening staff is particularly recognized for their pleasantry and helpfulness, and some customers have even received unexpected kindness, such as complimentary drinks. However, there are mixed feelings about customer service, with some experiences highlighting a lack of friendliness, especially in the drive-thru. Overall, the location offers a smooth and satisfying experience for those craving classic McDonald's meals.
