I watched my order sit on a table inside through a window while the employees played on their phones and talked to one another. Being the only customer here, it shouldn't have taken long to get my order out since it was sitting on the table when I arrived. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Great customer service speaks volumes about every establishment. This establishment does not have that quality.

Yo whoever made my burrito this morning killed it. Today I had the perfect ratio of meat, egg, and cheese, plus it was folded right. I have had a lot of ultimate meat & cheese burritos and most locations make it with too much egg and sausage, plus they don’t fold it right. Today’s was perfect. I come to this location a lot and always modify my burger with like 3 different things and it’s always right. They really killing it up there. Plus it’s usually pretty quick service

I ordered at this sonic and they said they were bringing my food out and my food did not come out. I was on my lunch break and had plenty of time to get back, however my ONE order of pickle fries was too much of a nuisance to be brought out in a timely manner. I went back to work hungry.
Have been multiple times since they have been open and everything has been perfect! I always order through the app and I've never had to wait more than 5mins for my food.

I want to thank this store and its manager, my Uber order was picked up by someone who never delivered my order, after the third person made an attempt to pick up the manager went above and beyond by remaking my order and making sure it was delivered, most stores would have just canceled the order. I found a german roach in my fountain drink at Sonic 5324 Old hwy 11 Hattiesburg, Ms. I threw up for several days ??? September 27, 2023. Don't eat or drink anything there. ?
