Starbucks in Hattiesburg

“I came in not too long ago and the purple haired girl (ryn/rin/ren?) Helped me pick out a fantastic drink, some kind of chai. She made me and everyone behind me laugh the whole time and made a good trip turn great, fantastic service and the people she was working with seemed really happy. I came back today and I don't think she was here but It reminded me to write this. I don’t often go to Starbucks, but this is my new favorite.“

“I go between two locations and accidentally ordered to the other one. I told them I would reorder because I didn’t have time to go to the other location and they had me tell them my order so I didn’t have to pay twice. It was so nice and so kind. It was totally my mistake and I was so grateful to be met with such kindness, it made my whole day! (which is why I prefer this location even though it’s farther from my house)“

“I wasn’t sure on what drink I wanted and whether I wanted it hot or iced. There was a younger guy, probably early 20s (I didn’t catch his name) who helped me out. It genuinely made my day. He was so kind and hospitable. Whoever he is, he needs to be rewarded for being so kind and going above and beyond to help me. I came in around 5:40 in the morning“

“Made a quick stop at this Starbucks and was waited on quickly. I ordered tea and bagels. The man made my bagels first and tea last. Usually the counter person makes the tea first so it could brew while the bagels are being made. Unfortunately, making the tea last keeps me in the store three minutes longer while the tea brews. The bagels were delicious to go along with my tea.“
