I usually don't complain and write negative reviews but sometimes it's so blatant, someone has to speak up. I went in tonight to order our food. The young man asked what I'd like. I told him lightly toasted with the cheese. He toasted my bread. There was a lady in front of me. She had a couple girls with her. I'm watching Josh and the interactions he was having with them. I was watching because Josh was making them laugh, taking care with their order, not rushing at all. Joking around with them. Just great customer service. She has trouble using her coupon so Josh runs around to help. The coupon didn't work so he told the other guy just do some kind of override. All fine and good. My turn came up. Now remember, my toasted bread and melted cheese has been sitting here patiently waiting, getting cold. I expected to have the same jolly Josh as I had just witnessed. Maybe it was family or friends but DANG JOSH! He was COMPLETELY different. I felt he was rushing me. Almost looked like he was about to roll his eyes at me each time he had to look up at me. There was no kindness. No customer service. I also felt he was being very skimpy on the veggies. At last I built up enough courage to ask for more. Then he super loaded it.

I arrived ten minutes before closing time. There were 2 employees standing behind the counter on their phones. They informed me they were closed. When I asked what time they closed, they Said 9:00. It was only 8:50. So I drove up there and made it in time, but still didn't receive service.
