“I had a great time at this Chili’s, all around, but I’d like to highlight the food runner in specific.
My food was brought out very quickly, food runner did a very good job, her name was Josie, our appetizers were brought out in amazing time, she brought everything for our table out at once, knew where everything went, asked us if we needed anything, offered to take plates, even refilled our drinks, I mean it really just boosted the experience in general. If I had the option to tip the food runner directly, I would. Get her a raise, appreciation, or something of the sorts. Thank you Josie!“

“I love my local chili’s, but don’t tell your customers a 25 min wait when half the restaurant is open work a little harder sit me down run me out a drink and some chips let me know the kitchens a-little backed up will be fine. Looks bad when half the place is empty and you cant seat people. This may be petty to some but its always chili’s that does this to us. If the place is full I get it, somebody just lost a tip and chili’s just lost business tonight.“
