This was my first time visiting JB's and I was very pleased. I ordered the half chicken platter with potato salad and fries. Let's just say, no to go box needed. Thanks to my dad for hyping this place up to try out. I will definitely visit again.
The people here were very friendly! The food was probably the best I’ve had while being in Mississippi. The catfish and shrimp plate was amazing! The sweet tea was the absolute best!

This was our first time dining at JB's. We ate inside, they have plenty of seating, both booths and tables. I had a plate with two meats of chopped brisket and pulled pork and the sides that I had were baked beans and potato salad and a sliced toasted bun. My wife had a plate a similar but with just one meat, pulled pork. It was all delicious and the service was very good. They had plenty of togo business too. The barbecue sauce is tasty as well. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant.
