“It’s been a couple of years since I’ve eaten at this location and I will say, the food was very fresh and delicious! Compared to other locations in the area.
The front end staff was very welcoming and actually didn’t hesitate to greet me when I first walked in w/ my little ones. Also the cleanliness was a 10/10, it’s nice to go and sit and eat w/o sitting around filth. GREAT JOB! I will be returning.👏🏼“

“I liked the catfish it was really good hands down. The okra just needed a little onion salt and it was fine. Lets talk about this shrimp.I wasn't expecting this pre battered butterfly shrimp. That really pissed me off. I was expecting hand battered not frozen. Other than that I was satisfied“

“Decided to try to eat here again. Everyone ignored us and would’ve left except bartender amy noticed and invited us to sit at bar. Don’t eat in dining room bc service is so slow. If you’re craving Olive Garden sit at the bar believe me“

“Tupelo's Chick-fil-A is the chef's kiss!! Fast service, good food, you just can't beat this restaurant! I can go through this drive through in 5 min and I went through the one in Southaven on Airways and literally took 20 minutes to go through. Tupelo is the bomb!!“

“Absolutely love this place. Craved their garlic fries coming out of a root canal. Ready within 15 minutes. Girl at the counter was so sweet and gave me more of their ranch. Don't know what they put in these things but its fantastic. Please never change the garlic fries.“

“Great pizza if you like thin crust theirs is excellent. Took my very picky eater grandson for his birthday lunch (his choice) and he ate almost his whole pizza. This is out of the ordinary consumption for him tho he then complained afterwards that his stomach was too full 😁“

“Panera Bread Olive Branch is under new management and I love it. His name is Ryan. I was approached with such kindness. Also,, kudos to Noah for checking to make sure they had all the food items available for 2 bowls that I ordered. #happy customer“

“This location is hit or miss. Never had a bad experience just a few disappointing ones. Fries can sometimes be nice and crisp and well seasoned, sometimes soft and unsalted. Wings are always cooked to doneness however they are inconsistent. It has gotten a ton better at this location in comparison to the past couple years.“

“Landon.M did an amazing job helping me with my order. I placed a delivery order through their website and the third party delivery service Uber Eats ruined my delivery. Landon was very kind and patient helping me with a problem that his store did not cause. Excellent customer service and helped me get a refund for damaged items“

“My family and I love eating here! To much! lol But last week I ordered through the chick fil a app for delivery and used my points for a free frosted coffee and never received my order I payed $45 and then received a call from a DoorDash driver telling me order was stolen from another driver and my order was then cancelled and I called the number the Chick-fil-A app had and the lady I spoke with told me I would receive my refund within three days! This was on Jan. 28th and I still have yet to receive my refund?! :( very disappointing! $45 was a lot to spend that day I was sick for two weeks and my daughter was sick as well and she just wanted some chick fil a so I decided to spend that money and was out my last bit of extra money and nor did she get her lunch that day she wanted.. 🤦♀️ I would be mindful Using there app for delivery! :(“

“Thank god my food was freshly made and on point. I did not read these reviews about freshness before I went. My Chicken was fresh and my fries was on point and my banana pudding shake was GREAT. They forgot my sauces so I had to park and go inside after I just left the drive-thru line. Chicken and fries are better than Canes unseasoned chicken and they're better than Slim Chickens. SC wasn't bad at all. I wasn't a fan of Zaxbys toast. I think Slim Chickens and Canes have better bread. Bone-in wings BBQ was on point too. Service was polite and food was ready in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend Zaxbys. This was my first ever visit to any Zaxbys. Very happy and I'd tell others to give it a try.“
