“I drove threw yesterday morning in need of a pick me up because our toddler kept us up all night. I ordered on the app a venti drink with lots of espresso. When the gentleman at the window handed my drink to me he said they were out of venti cups so he gave me a trenta. This was so nice! He could’ve sized down instead he sized up and truly made my day start off so much better!! It’s the little things.“

“I ordered an iced coffee, then realized my wife wanted it hot. I asked if they could change it at the window & they said no problem even though it was already made iced sitting at the window. Very generous & polite gesture by the cashier & drink maker. 5 stars across the board for hospitality & kindness today!“
