Yes it's just Applebee's and we're not expecting 5 star but I was greeted with very friendly staff. Polite managers and servers. Food was made right and it was clean up to date they had food and drink specials. If you want to avoid the rude service I have gotten at other places in Memphis don't be afraid to stop in. A pleasant surprise
