This is my go to. The Southern Belle Sink is my go-to. I always add a protein shake to keep me going all day long. The people here are the nicest in any nutrition shop I’ve ever been in.
Also try the Donut hole shots! So tasty and a quick way to help when my appetite is getting the best of me. They are perfectly sweet.
I love this place so much that I start my day here everyday. You can tell Amy puts her all into this. The energy is different at Kind Nutrition, and the teas are superb! ⭐️
