“The best customer service experience I've had at a
McDonald's, ever! Yes, the line was long, but the employee on the intercom was extremely lovely, and apologized for the wait. She used all of her manners and was very pleasant! Normally, I don't give to Ronald McDonald's house, but she was so excited about it today I did.

“I was at the drive thru speaker forever. 3 people came after me and got their orders taken before me. I go to the window 1st window was told to go back in line, just for a large Sprite. Get to the 2nd window they take my card, come back and tell me to pull up just for a large sprite. I pull up and they make me wait at this window for a large Sprite! People are getting their food and I'm waiting at this window. I was there for about 10mins for a large Sprite. Worse service I've ever had!“
