“I ordered 2) 20 pc. Chicken McNuggets, 2) Filet-o-Fish Sandwiches, 2) Large French Fries.only 2 vehicles in front of me in drive thru and and it took 22 minutes to get my food in hand. Half of my Chicken McNuggets were over cooked and dry. The rest of my food was fresh and pleasent. I think that the evening shift could use some improvement on Time Management and Customer Service.“
“The drive thru people can't get orders correct..while ordering, they speak over me, happened again this morning..I ordered 1 Egg McMuffin and 1 Sausage McGriddle..got home no Egg Mc , had Sausage McGriddle and a Sausage McMuffin, also ordered lemon in my tea, had to ask again before driving away. This is a common experience that happens quite often. When calling on the phone, no one answers. The employees have attitudes and don't care.“
