McDonald's in Memphis

“It was quiet inside. The food was fresh. But the food temperature was medium , not hot and steaming. The ice coffee was a little sweet. The ice coffee is better than carbonated drinks with my dental issues. Overall, it was an ok experience. I paid cash. The price was affordable.“

“The inside can be crazy and they usually just direct you From the counter to the kiosk even if you can't pay at the kiosk, Which seems a little goofy. That said their coke formulation is usually on point which is a huge deal. The drive through folks are always awesome, although today i dined in.“

“They got absolutely everything right the first time uneven gave me honey instead of honey mustard like every other McDonald's always does which means they paid attention and they made it perfectly! everything was delicious! They were also very sweet and professional! Best McDonald's in the city! They were also extremely fast and friendly!“

“Deangelo really brought the McDonald's team together getting everyone in and out quickly. At first glance he seems like he'll be mean, because of how focused and engaged he is. However, once he speaks you can tell he carries himself with dignity and pride to be the manager. Any store would be lucky to have such a reliable and respectful employee. Compared to how the previous manager operated the store he clearly knows what he's doing. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing more of this amazing service. 👏“

“This McDonald's was horrible because I pulled up wanting a fudge sundae and the ice cream machine was not working. At this point I think it is like false advertisement because I can never get ice cream at McDonalds in any area I am in in any City. After seeing the slushy commercial I wanted to try it so I did then ask for one and that machine was down also! I sped off in about hit the curb I was so pissed. McDonald's please take ice cream off of your menu thanks“

“I arrived just before ten am and ordered a egg mcmuffin meal.
When it was rung it came out over eight dollars for a $7.09 combo. When i asked I was asked..oh
.. You wanted a small? We don't have any small coffee cups.

When I got my order there were two packets of ketchup and jelly which I don't use. She forgot to take my coffee order so no fixins.

“Area isn't the best & there's usually people pan-handling in the parking lot, but the drive thru is quick, service is friendly & at this location I've never had them tell me that they were out of something or a machine was down. Food was what it was supposed to be & order was correct!
Inside is clean & maintained as well.“

“This McDonald's is a part of a Love's Travel Stop/Truck Stop. And I've only been inside less than a half dozen times, but used the drive-thru a lot. And let me tell you, this is one of; if not the friendliest Mickey-D's I've frequented. Food is ALWAYS fresh and made with care. Can't say enough good things about this place. 🙂“

“I arrived early morning, ordered on the kiosk and grabbed a seat at table 111. My order arrived, and just after 7 am, I went and requested a refill on my large coffee.

I'm not really certain what was wrong with the young woman, or why she felt the need to ask me if I bought that today. I replied yes, she returned with a metal carafe, I removed the lid, she walked off.

I tossed the cup, and left. This is very unusual. Normally when I'm in later, I'm greeted by name and people ask about my family.

I'll return, but I certainly hope this doesn't happen again.“

“I ask 1 of the workers if he could check the bathroom so my grandson could use the bathroom. I was a nervous reck sending him in alone and he stood by the bathroom the whole time and not to mention the nice young lady on the register my granbabies enjoyed their happy meals thank you so much❤️“

“We visited this McDonald’s for the first time, and we really loved it. We will definitely keep coming back. This is one of the best McDonald’s locations in Memphis where we liked everything.

The service was excellent — friendly, polite communication, fast service, and very well-prepared food. Everything was fresh and nicely made.

We came as a family with children — my wife and I liked it very much, and our children loved it too. Everyone ate with pleasure. Even though we don’t speak the language very well, the staff still treated us kindly, communicated politely, and helped us without any problems.

Unfortunately, many other McDonald’s locations lack these qualities, but this one truly has them.

We give it 5 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and highly recommend it.“

“A morning manager that gets her job! This was my second time visiting this location and as usual it was the ideal visit for any customer. Throughout this city there are some locations that just dont hold up to the bar either because the employees just dont care or the management doesn't care or the mixture of both. Honors to the morning manager at this location!!!“

“I was going to leave a one star review but a lady whose name is serenity works there and she made everything better. I ordered six cheeseburgers and they only had ketchup and mustard a unhealthy amount of ketchup and mustard. So I went up to serenity and I asked do cheeseburgers don't come with onions and pickles anymore and she's like no they're supposed to. But anyways she had them remake all the cheeseburgers and everything was fixed. Serena, you're awesome and you deserve to be a manager.“

“Slooooooow, service. Good tasting food, but the oddest breakfast sandwiches I've had at a McDonald's. The McGriddle was very small in diameter, but was tall, the sausage McMuffin with egg had a scrambled egg and a fried egg. Like I said, good, bit a bit odd.“

Went back for fries they gave me 2 small fries with literally 6 fries in each container or fries sleeve, not sure if the name.
Very poor customer service.

“I don’t know who was on staff yesterday 1/22/2021. But I went around 3pm and when I say fresh. My fries my quarter pounder to the sweet tea. My kids chicken nuggets were even fresh. “I stopped by for a quick bite during my road trip and the experience was perfect. The fries were super hot and crispy, just the way they should be, and the burger was fresh and put together neatly. “Last week went to Whataburger and the food was so bad that it reminded me of McDonald's small cheeseburger.

Order Big Mac Meal and a side 10 pc nuggets.

The food was fresh. The young men at the windows were very intentionally working. My order was exact.

After eating my food, it will likely be many years before I'm back.

I realize why McDonalds works. McDonalds is McDonalds and has been for many years.

Now one goes to McDonalds expecting an elevated experience. You go for the convenience of I'm hungry right at this moment.

“Great Great breakfast every morning but somehow the price for a sausage mcgriddle plain with nothing else is $3.61 and the same thing purchased right down the road on summer and white station is $2.95.... wish I knew why or if this could change and save me some money“

“I absolutely love this location in Frayser. Not only are all the workers well-rounded and attentive, but they genuinely care about their customers. When I order through Uber Eats, they go the extra mile to protect their bags, unlike other places in the area such as Wendy’s or Church's Chicken, which do not secure their bags properly. McDonald's ensures that their bags are securely sealed, providing not only quality food but also a sense of safety and protection. I truly appreciate this level of service at this location and hope they continue their excellent work. Kudos to the manager for maintaining such high standards!“

“Well the mornings are the best as for as service. I am not sure about the evening service. But I enjoy the many benefits of the app and at this location , they have a full time Digital Ambassador that assists customers with the app and kiosk orders. So I can only say good experience for a change!“
