Tonight I wasted thirty minutes of my life waiting on nuggets and fries. I usually go to the other Union location, but figured this one may be faster because the other one sucks. Nope, no better. The way the drive-thru is set up, once you're in it, you can't pull out and leave. Plus, I had a mobile order and didn't want to deal with refunding that. 1st off, they stopped taking orders until the line of cars already at the windows were gone. The fries were obviously lukewarm not cooked all the way hamburger I ordered was reheated microwave because the pickles were scorching hot it was a long wait and the restaurant inside smelled Pretty

Everybody in that place need a customer class education, idiot took a register out the machine and walked off didn't say anything to us, left us standing us there so we left and all the workers there didn't say anything, it was terrible. I would give them a big fat 0.
