It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. But the service here was terrible. No one wanted to acknowledge me or fill my order. Thankfully, the food is always the same at each McDonald's and that's what they rely on. I had the sausage McMuffin and it was good. Just the service left a bad taste in my mouth.
Most of the time it is good!! But sometimes you must check your order. Cause there are items missing.We're not correct.If you change the menu item from the original product. And for some reason at this location cause it is privately owned.It is hard to get a response or get compensated for your order not being correct!
Management reached out to right a wrong and I'll always respect a redemption opportunity. These things can happen when individuals are careless, but management was happy to correct an issue and that says a lot about the standards this establishment is working to uphold. My rating now reflects my new experience. Great staff on this shift as well!

Waiting times for curbside pickup can be long, sometimes resulting in food arriving barely warm or incorrect orders being given initially. Despite these issues, some staff members provide great service, are polite, and create a friendly atmosphere, making customers leave with a smile.
