“I'll say that I avoided coming to this McDonald's for a while after having a terrible experience in the Drive-Thru while working for doordash and the lobby was closed. BUT!! After coming through the drive-thru here today I needed to give credit where credit is due because the lady working the drive-thru was extremely nice and professional. Give that girl a raise. Good customer service can change a lot.“
“They had nothing ready they refused to answer simple questions and then left me at the speaker at 5:30am and this is supposed to be a 24hour restaurant.he told me what they did have so I tried ordering that then he said they didn't have it. Young man was rude, lack professionalism, and granted I worked overnight 13 hours so I understand he probably been there all night but I wasn't rude he didn't want to answer simple questions and they need to do better. I went to other location up the street that had everything ready to go for morning shift and was very nice“
