I stopped and grabbed lunch Togo here today. From all the McDonald's ive been to lately, I received the best customer service at this location. Erica was doing an amazing job making sure everyone was taken care of. I can see she goes above and beyond and stands firm on quality customer service. Erica deserves a pay raise for the quality of service she is providing to the customer.
Ice cream machine is always broken

McDonald's provides excellent customer service, with friendly staff who greet customers and ensure their needs are met. The restaurant offers good food, well-assembled and packed, making it a great option for a quick meal. While some customers have experienced slow service, the staff has improved and is now polite, friendly, and accurate in taking orders.
