My review is based solely off of the morning crew and today's experience. AJ (female at the first window) was outstanding today and made my day with her bubbly personality, Ms. Jo (or Jones) is ALWAYS so pleasant at the 2nd window...and also want to shout out another young lady who normally works morning shift (brown skin with her nails always done) always great customer service. Fountain drink refills should be self serve. Waiting to ask employees to get your refill from behind the counter is a pain. I think it'd be easier on everyone if customers could get it and go themselves. The employees are always busy taking new orders.
