This is the first time I've seen bk not give me what I ordered nor a receipt. I usually have the best of luck with bk but tonight I can't even get back to argue my point before I go to bed. Today is not the end of the issue though because in the morning I will be talking to a manager.
I actually just left this establishment. While there, I encountered one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with operating the drive-through. I hadn’t even gotten three seconds into telling her what I wanted before she interrupted me more than once and gave plenty of attitude. It seems like the importance of providing just basic customer service etiquette was lost on this individual.
This location will not be getting any of my money anytime soon.
This place is friendly. The food is good and the service is pretty fast. I like it.
