Swung through this distillery when passing through to Florida. Everyone was so nice, super helpful with tastings, and sent me on my way with a few well-packaged bottles. 10/10, would definitely stop here again because of the friendly staff!
Fantastic place. I took the distillery tour which was awesome. Gave insight on why it's called Cathead. The spirits were also great. The vodka is dangerously smooth. I am particular to bourbon and what they produced did not disappoint at all.
If you like distilleries and you're in Jackson, this is a must visit place.
Fun day! Blues music and good friends. Crawfish and good times.
Had a great tasting. Perfect as an Aperitif- Mississippi Cathead Hoodoo Espresso Vodka. Chicory as well
Such a cool distillery. Served by Mimi at the bar. She made a pretty drink for me with gin.
I love the people here super sweet one of my first adventures of being out here in MS. The vodka is good too especially the orange/mandarin and espresso vodka.
Horrible customer service. They for whatever reason refuse to answer emails phone calls or any social media messages about their product availability. Very poor for a business.
Went there as Harvest Host.
We had dégustation of their three major rhums with Taite and Emily; so nice, so good!
We do recommend it ❤️❤️❤️
Avoid avoid avoid. Go any other distillery. Concerned this distillery focuses on social causes rather than customer service.
Boss Lady and I saw an ad for this place while we were in Laurel MS. So, on our way back to TX, we stopped by for a taste. She doesn't drink, so it was up to me to taste their goods. It was a little frustrating at first due to several of the young people not knowing the products and not being able to inform us regarding the taste notes.
Thankfully, an attractive brunette (sorry, can't remember her name) came over and answered every question. She was very informative and helped us decide what to buy. We bought one of their Bristol gins and a chicory liquor.
The location is kinda hidden, but once you're there, it opens up and there is ample parking. We couldn't take the tour but the bar area is comfortable and warm.

Friendly hostess took her time explaining products enjoyed the tour on our anniversary. Money well spent.
I have not toured the facility but we bought the honeysuckle vodka. It is aweful! It taste like rubbing alcohol! We could not even use it in cocktail's. We will use it to clean and disinfect with though! I do not recommend this brand!
Good friends, good beer good cat head distillery
Visited the shop - very friendly and helpful staff. Their bar is open and they give tours of their operation.
