As a business owner, you cannot control how a customer feels about their food. If you request that food be prepared in a specific manner, you must either honor that request or inform the customer that you are unable to do so. Whenever I have ordered from this restaurant, I have placed my order through Uber Eats and called to provide the details on how I want my food prepared. Went to Jerke City and it was delicious as usual. I had the turkey necks , rice and peas and cabbage. I ate and still have leftover ..definitely would recommend Jerke city
