Burgers tasted burnt. I was watching a young man make burgers and there was a lot of what looked like meat and onions stuck on the flat top he was cooking on that may have affected the flavor of the burgers. We were just traveling through so hopefully this was just a n opps
The food was good but the drive thru cashier needs to watch a few training modules on Customer Service. She need to learn to speak to the customer after opening the window instead of standing there. Acknowledge... Also say something when handing the food to the customer. "Thank you", "You're welcome", "Come back to see us". Something!
I went to the Krystal on Highway 80 in Jackson about 6:15 that morning. I had a meeting at 7:00 that I had to be at. I through I was not going to be at my meeting on time but I went on anyway. I'm glad I did. The food was hot, fresh and good. They had me out in ten minutes. I had time to eat my breakfast. The staff was quick,fast and friendly...
